ExamsIndex is committed to its customers' satisfaction. We strive for transparency, fairness, and legal compliance in all business matters to gain our users' trust. In case any of our users are not satisfied with our services or fail on the first attempt, we are committed to refunding their entire money. However, please note that to get your refund, proceed following the given process step by step to prevent any hassle and inconvenience.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Failed Exam

We are liable to refund the amount to users who used the ExamsIndex practice test, followed our certified professionals' guidelines, but still failed the exam. If you are one of them, please apply with your exam result proof and usage logs (if applicable).

Dissatisfaction

If any customer finds the ExamsIndex products unsatisfactory within the first 30 days, we will refund the whole amount. However, please note that you should come with proper details explaining the reasons why the product is not good and what we can improve to make our services better.

Activation & Verification Requirements

Please note that the refunds will be processed only for Windows App purchases, and it is mandatory to submit the invoice number from the original purchase. Also, you will request the refund within the refund window. We will not entertain refund requests in cases where the user does not follow the guidelines.

Refund Exemptions

  • Expired Orders: Refunds are not applicable after 30 days.

  • Policy Violations: Accounts that are flagged for unauthorized use are ineligible.

  • Non-activated Products: Purchases that have never been activated via the Windows app are excluded.

First of all, locate the invoice number from your original purchase.

Now, submit a refund request either via email or the support portal. If you have any concerns or confusion, you can contact our live customer support as well.

In case you are requesting because of a failed exam, please attach the supporting documents.

In case you are requesting because of dissatisfaction, please include the reasons.
